1 Year Apple-Care Warranty on Apple products
All Apple products bought from souqbaba.com come with Apple-care International Warranty. You can find and locate the authorized service providers for Apple products in your country.
What Does This Warranty Not Cover?
– Damaged parts of the product due to the accident, neglect, modification, abuse or misuse of the product (including, but not limited to: exposure to variations in ambient environmental conditions such as changes in heat, humidity, or moisture, including water saturation), impact damage, normal wear and tear, indentations, scratches or surface damage (including, but not limited to: abrasions caused by failure to use, protect or maintain the product properly), product deterioration or variations in color or marking that are ordinarily expected based on ordinary use or develop over time because of natural processes such as exposure to sunlight, and damage caused to products during shipping.
– Personal irresponsible use resulting from spyware and software viruses.
– Natural disasters such as fire, flood or improper electric current.
A Minimum of 7-10 working days is required to inspect any item/product submitted to us for repair.
Our technical team will still be happy to fix any issues that are not covered by warranty for an additional affordable fee. These issues include:
– Cracked screen replacement (All Devices)
– Motherboard replacement
– Camera replacement
– Body cover replacement
- To be eligible for a warranty with souqbaba the device should not have been opened by any person or attempted to fix or even opened just to see.
- You are required to provide the original copy of the invoice which includes company stamp.
PRODUCTS WHICH ARE TO BE BROUGHT FOR WARRANTY CLAIM’ S SHOULD BE PRESENTED WITH ORIGINAL INVOICE OR WE WILL NOT ACCEPTED AND CHARGING OF 200 DHS WILL BE CHARGED FOR INITIAL CHARGES.
